Commissioned artwork is DIGITAL ONLYCommissioned work is for personal/private use only, unless commercial use is agreed upon beforehand.I retain all publishing rights to commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed with the client.My prices and terms are subject to change without further notice.As the artist I retain absolutely all rights and copyrights to my commissioned works, meaning I have the right to advertise, share, print, and otherwise distribute my work in any way, unless commercial or private use is arranged for the client beforehand.Under absolutely no circumstances is any person or entity authorized to mint my work as an NFT (Non Fungible Token), commissioned or not, as well as feed my artwork into AI generated software for any purposes. Any existing instances of such are unauthorized, copyright infringement, and blatant theft.No one is authorized to alter, copy, or trace my artwork, or remove, obscure, or crop out my watermark from my artwork in any capacity. Commissioners/valid owners of my art may use their piece as icons/profile banners/any other personal, non-commercial use.I do not authorize reposts of my art unless it is the person's own commissioned piece with explicit credit linking back to the me (e.g. "commission from @fun_ghoul") when reposting.No one but the artist may claim the art as their own, even in the case of commissioned work.Won't do:
rape, cp, zoophilia, other obviously wrong subjects
discriminatory contentWill do:
anything else! furries, humans, mechas, dragons, etc
Commercial Illustrations like game art, album covers, merch and apparel designs, stickers, pins, etc
Fanart or fan characters/"kinsonas" of an existing series or franchise
Anthros, feral/quad, monsters, pets, pokémon, etc
blood & goreI take half of the payment upfront to avoid scammers xPI accept payments in USD and EURTAT at least 1 week, a more specific quota will be given depending on the complexity of the artworkI'll update you on every step of the process, so you can request changes then, and not after I'm doneEach additional character will cost 50% of the priceExtra charge:
complex backgrounds (detailed room, street, etc)
complex character design (a lot of details, scales on most the body, etc)
